Halloween 2006

The kids had a lot of fun on Halloween. Joshua was Anikan, Brandon was Yoda from Star Wars and Kaitlyn was Belle from Beauty and the Beast. Brandon got a lot of comments about his costume, everyone thought he was so cute!!! He really looked like a yoda, he would walk and talk like him too. It was so funny. We had a party at a friends house and then we went trick or treating and the kids got a lot of candy. They all loved it this year, Brandon got tired at the end and said he was done, he wanted to go home and go to bed.

There were about 13 kids all together in our group and when someone opened the door they would all yell TRICK OR TREAT really loud. With all the adults too we had a crowd.

Kaitlyn's 1st gymnastic's meet

Kaitlyn had her 1st gymnastics meet on Oct 28th. She did wonderful!!! She peformed well under pressure. I was afraid she might get nervous out there with about 200 people watching her, but she did better than she has ever done!! She was one of the youngest out there but you could not tell. She did the best on Beam and she got a blue ribbon, which is the best you can get. She had a lot of fun and we were very proud of her. We can't wait till the next meet!! Sorry some of the pictures are blurry we could not use flash while they were performing, but I am sure if you ask her she will show you the video of her perfomances.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to a local pumpkin patch and the kids had a lot of fun. We went with a few friends. They had a lot of cute things to take pictures of. They also had bounce houses and big slides. It was very windy and cold that day so we did not stay long, but they loved it anyways.

Day at the farm

Our preschool had the farm come to us at school. The kids had a lot of fun with the animals. Everyone was laughing at Brandon (like that never happens). He was bending over talking to the animals and asking them questions. He was having conversations with them. He was so cute!! This is his class. He is in a small class this year only 7. This is a good thing since he is the youngest of the class. Everyone is turning 4 in Sept and he won't be 4 until May, but he has no problem hanging with the older ones!!

The pumpkin patch and petting zoo

At our preschool we had a farm come to us. They brought lots of pumpkins and a petting zoo. The kids had a lot of fun with this. This is Kaitlyn and her class!!!

Kaitlyn's princess Tea party!!

This year Kaitlyn got to have a princess tea party at our house with 15 of her friends!! We do have a bigger house now, but that was a lot of little girls running around. Kaitlyn was so excited about this party. The girls had "tea"(lemonade) and got to pour it themselves out of little teapots. This was their favorite part. Kaitlyn was the Queen of the Ball and loved every minute of it. This was a girls only party and Daddy and brothers could not even come. I really had a lot of fun putting this party together and she already wants another tea party next year!!! Enjoy the pictures
